5. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Payment: Meettojo may offer products and services for purchase through the Service (“In-App Purchases”). If you make an In-App Purchase, you agree to pay the fees associated with that purchase.
Billing: All payments are processed through third-party payment providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Billing is subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.
Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your device’s or payment provider’s settings.
6. Termination of Account
By You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions in the app’s settings.
By Meettojo: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice and without liability, if you are in breach of these Terms, if we suspect you have engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
“As Is” Service: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Meettojo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
No Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meettojo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) the conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
